Courtyard Apartments has 32 apartments in four buildings.  There are 16 studios and 16 one bedrooms.  All apartment have been remodeled in 2015-2017.  They have built in microwave ovens, self cleaning ranges, 15 cubic feet fridges, energy efficient wall AC/ heater, dual pane windows, lament floors, 6 panel doors, solid wood cabinets, granite countertops, ceiling fan, led lights and much more.  There are two community laundry rooms that have two washers and two dryers in each.  The property has security cameras and lights in the parking lot and courtyards.
