There are 32 apartments with 16 studio and 16 one bedroom apartment that all have dual pane windows, energy efficient air conditioner, solid wood cabinets, granite countertops, self cleaning range, refrigerator and build in microwave oven, 2 community laundry rooms. This is a two story community with shaded picnic tables and community grills.
Superstition Views Apartments is located at 420 E. 2nd Ave in Apache Junction, AZ. There are 7 apartments at this community ranging from a studio, 5 two bedroom and a 3 bedroom. This is a single level community with a large swimming pool and laundry room with three washers and three dryers. Each apartment has a small storage room, private patio, tile floors through out with carpet in the bedrooms. The four bedroom has a two car garage.
Winchester Apartments is an eight apartment community with apartments ranging from 2 one bedrooms, 5 two bedrooms and 1 three bedroom. Construction has been completed on the next phase of this community in the start of 2021. It is a 10 unit building consisting of two bedroom one bathroom units all around 900 sq ft. There will be one accessible unit in the middle downstairs. Also each apartment will have solid wood cabinets, granite countertops and a laundry room.
