Office has a drop box for rent payments, applications and work orders.  There is a information box hanging on the side of the drop box with application, work orders, partial rent payments form and tenant info forms.

Feel free to stop in and say hi and grab a cold drink from the fridge or a cup of fresh hot coffee.

We currently have two EV chargers at the office that are for public use as well as two chargers at the Winchester Apartments location and two charges at the Superstition Views Apartments location for residents use only.  These chargers let residents charge there EV cars and trucks at a reasonable rate.  You can EMAIL us for more information and questions.
