WINCHESTER APARTMENTS

Winchester Apartments consists of 18 apartments, 2- one bedroom, 15- two bedroom and 1- three bedroom two bathroom.  They range in square foot from 515 for the one bedroom, 725-875 square foot on the two bedroom and 1150 square foot on the three bedroom.  Winchester Apartments is a single level community in the front and two story in the back with great views of the Superstition Mountains.   There are two community laundry rooms with one washer and one dryer in each room for the front units and the new apartments have a large laundry room in each unit.  Also each of the front apartments comes with a 4' x 4' storage room and water, trash and sewer is included in the rent.  There is also 22 mini storage units at the apartments that rent separately from the apartments, they are 10x21 and 5x9.

Construction was completed on the 10 new, two bedroom, one bathroom apartments the beginning of 2021.
